All of our Direct Support Professionals and Job Coaches have been professionally trained in the Oregon Intervention System, First Aid, and CPR, as well as have completed a thorough DHS Criminal History Background Check. In addition, all of our staff receive ongoing specialized training.
Pam Landrum
Pam has been our Executive Director since 2007, and was Program Coordinator from 2001-2007. Pam has been with MPS since 1999. Pam oversees all aspects of the agency, including budgeting, acting as Board liaison, and providing leadership for the organization. In her free time Pam enjoys gardening on the farm.

Josh McCullough
Josh comes from an extensive background working with individuals with IDD as the Supported Living Coordinator at McKenzie Personnel Systems. He joined our team in 2014 and began working in the field in Pendleton, Oregon in 2003. In his free time away from work he enjoys playing music, writing, traveling his family and collecting B horror movies.

Marissa Morris
Marissa Morris has been the Vocational Coordinator since April 2014. She joined the MPS team as a job coach in June 2013. She handles all things vocational; including supervising the job coaches, developing support documents, and handling any work-site concerns. In her free time, Marissa can be found screaming at the television during College Football Season. Roll Tide!

James Sykes
James began his career with McKenzie personnel as a job coach in August of 2019 and was recently promoted to Employment Specialist. James now spends his days seeking out employment opportunities, filling out job applications, meeting with participants and building resumes. He is known for he relaxed positive attitude and ability to successfully interact with a wide range of personalities. When James is not working, he is spending time with his family or working on his new home.

Chris Minniear applies his experience in sales & marketing, human resources, and account management to assist our clients in achieving their vocational goals.
